At ER Aviation (Formerly Rogers Aviation), we believe that soaring through the skies doesn’t mean disregarding the ground beneath us. That’s why sustainability is at the heart of everything we do, and we’re excited to share our progress from the first quarter of 2023.

Key Highlights:

  • Building an Inclusive Sky: Our Inclusiveness Committee welcomed five new members and launched their calendar of activities for the year, promoting a diverse and welcoming workplace for all.
  •  Empowering Minds, Strengthening Futures: Our collaboration with ENL Foundation on the Psychological Support Programme is off to a strong start. In just a few weeks, the counsellor and psychologist have conducted 26 sessions, supporting the resilience and well-being of 20 children and their families.
  • Clearing the Skies of E-Waste: We teamed up with BEM to recycle both company and employee e-waste, ensuring safe and responsible disposal while contributing to a circular economy.
  • Spreading Green Awareness: Through two sustainability sessions led by Bis La Mer & Mission Verte, we equipped freight forwarders like PATS, L’Escale, and Cargo with the knowledge and resources to make eco-conscious choices.

Community Engagement:

We believe in partnering with our communities to build a brighter future. In last Q1, we:

  • Supported the Telfair en Marche Programme: Our collaboration with ER Foundation (Formerly ENL Foundation) continues to empower vulnerable communities through the Psychological Support Programme.
  • Donated essential supplies: We provided whiteboards, notice boards, and drawing paper to EcoZen and polo shirts to Caritas Saint Pierre, supporting education and social wellbeing.
