ABOUT THE JOB
The Sky Academy Graduate Programme is a 12-month structured development programme designed to prepare young talents for a career in the aviation industry. Trainees will gain hands-on experience through rotations in key operational areas, including Ticketing, Cargo, and Airport Supervision.
The programme combines practical exposure with continuous learning through weekly training sessions, helping graduates build both technical knowledge and essential soft skills.

- Comfortable using new technologies and quick to learn digital tools.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Adaptable and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic problem-solving abilities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES NEEDED
- Open to school leavers and fresh graduates.
- A certificate in a relevant field (e.g. Tourism, Business, Aviation) is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of English and French (spoken and written).
- Any prior internship or exposure to customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital tools and basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
