The ER Group pursues growth that is inclusive and respectful of our social and natural environment. Our Code of Ethics articulates the group’s values and ideals that guide and govern the conduct of our companies and team members in all matters relating to business. It outlines our commitment to each of our stakeholders, including the communities in which we operate, in Mauritius and worldwide.

Our commitment for ethical business will only be translated into reality if we involve our supply chain: the Responsible Sourcing Policy (RSP) thus constitutes an extension of our Code of Ethics and outlines our expectations for both our employees and our suppliers in terms of human rights, environmental protection and ethical business conduct.
